There are several elementary schools you can choose from here in Rock Springs. For older education there is Independence High School if your child is missing some credits for graduation or there is Rock Springs or Green River High. Both offer a wide variety of classes for every personality. As far as secondary education is concerned Western Wyoming Community College is located in Rock Springs with outreach classes in Green River. WWCC was ranked 15th in community colleges in the United States in 2010. They also participate in outreach programs from the University of Wyoming located in Laramie.
